Areas of Specialization and Expertise

Lee Ann’s approach is one of kindness, calm and understanding. Her insatiable curiosity and listening skills combined with her gifted intuition quickly result in a strong client/counselor trust. This trust is the foundation of the “therapy model” leading to self-empowerment and continuous overall good health.  Clients are guided along a successful journey via self-discovery and reliance on one’s own reflection and introspection. Getting to wellness and emotional balance comes once clients trust in their own true self.

Chemical addiction and mental health issues come to light during Lee Ann’s expert clinician assessment of the clients’ painful past experiences. Working with the family in a case management model, Lee Ann moves clients forward in a more emotionally-stable way to strengthen their life resiliency. Her counseling leads to clients gaining personal insight, learning and increasing self-compassion, and making positive, long-lasting changes in their lives.
